    If you re looking to return for whatever reason, we are here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Exceptions include any visible wear or use of the product.

  • What is the status of my order?

​

     Preparing for Shipment: This means we’re currently processing and packing the product. You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information. 

Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will also see a link to track your package. 

Delivered: Your order has arrived.

 

  • When will I receive my order?

     Most customers can expect to receive their product within 7 to 14 business days.

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?

​

     If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact “7 Dog Years” within 14 days of delivery. Please be prepared to supply the order number and product number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your e-mail address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return and will cover all return shipping charges. If you do not contact us, you are responsible for the return shipping charges.

 

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

     Changes cannot be made once an order is placed. If you choose to cancel, you will receive an e-mail notification. You will not be billed for any canceled products. Once an order is canceled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website.
